Cap It

Because they dry out very quickly when uncapped, the markers used with dry erase white boards often become useless in a matter of minutes. To keep them writing, cap them during each instructional pause and student response. The marker should be in one hand and the cap in the other: write, pause, cap, uncap, write . . . .
